About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong Home Dcor background to lead our premium retail showroom in Bangalore. If you have hands-on experience in dcor, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating beautiful customer experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day store operations

Drive sales and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising (dcor-focused)

Train, guide, and mentor the sales team

Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalations

Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and backend teams

Manage store reporting, documentation, and performance reviews

Who We're Looking For

Mandatory: Experience in Home Dcor retail (NOT general retail)

25 years of experience as a Store Manager or Senior Sales Lead

Age: 30 to 37 years

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

Customer-first attitude

Ability to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week)

Minimum Graduation
