Role Description
As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth functionality and exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include managing store employees, driving sales targets, maintaining inventory, enhancing customer experiences, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will be tasked with monitoring store performance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time role based on-site at our Bengaluru location.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management with a focus on retail operations.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to create a positive shopping experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interactions.
- Knowledge and practice of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to reduce inventory loss.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
- Experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
