Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory, and working to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting sales goals, leading the store team, implementing retail strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The individual will play a key role in helping the store achieve success and ensure it operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 yrs experience in Retail field
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for interacting with customers and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Store Management to drive operations effectively
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention processes and strategies
- Leadership and team management abilities to support a motivated store team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Support in monitoring and managing inventory levels, stock replenishment and maintaining adequate stock availability
- High school diploma or relevant qualification; a degree in business or related fields is an advantage
