Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, optimizing the store's performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining brand standards to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Expertise in Store Management, including team leadership and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to minimize risks and protect assets
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective team coordination and customer interaction
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience in luxury retail or leather goods is a plus
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
