Location: Mall of India, Noida
Working Model: Full-time, onsite
Working Days: 6 days a week, with a rotational weekly off between Monday and Thursday
Timings: Rotational shifts - 10:00 AM-7:00 PM or 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
Budget: 35 to 40k per month, depending on experience
Experience: 3-5 years
Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to take ownership of CAI's store at Mall of India, Noida. You will lead store performance, ensure smooth operations and create a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining the brand's service and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Achieve store sales targets through daily planning, individual target allocation and active selling
- Monitor conversion rates, average bill value and units per transaction to identify and address performance gaps
- Offer personalised guidance on product selection, sizing, fit and styling, with relevant upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve customer concerns and exchanges in line with company policies, and encourage repeat business through relationship-building and follow-ups
Store Operations & Inventory
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, POS billing, cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Manage stock receipts, transfers and replenishment, ensuring accurate records and availability of key styles and sizes
- Conduct stock counts and audits, resolve discrepancies and minimise stock loss or damage
- Track fast- and slow-moving products and coordinate stock requirements with warehouse and merchandising teams
- Maintain visual merchandising, pricing accuracy, stockroom organisation and store hygiene
- Ensure adherence to company processes and mall requirements, escalating maintenance or operational issues promptly
Team Management & Reporting
- Plan rosters, weekly offs and breaks to maintain adequate floor coverage
- Conduct team briefings and coach staff on product knowledge, selling skills and customer service
- Review individual performance, provide feedback and address attendance or conduct concerns
- Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting the team during peak hours
- Submit sales and operational reports, sharing customer feedback, product demand and action points with head office
- Coordinate with internal teams and mall management for promotions and store activities
What You'll Bring:
- A track record of achieving retail sales targets and supervising a store team
- Practical knowledge of inventory control, cash reconciliation and branded retail processes
- Familiarity with POS and inventory systems, along with basic Excel and reporting skills
- Clear communication, sound judgement and confidence in handling customers and day-to-day challenges
- Availability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays, with a weekday off
