Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring and preventing retail losses, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining inventory, upholding store cleanliness, and implementing store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Proven expertise in Store Management, including staff supervision and operational efficiency
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure store profitability and security
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, strategize improvements, and meet set targets
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Relevant experience in a retail environment or grocery stores is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage
