Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and manage customer service activities. They will also focus on maintaining inventory, supervising the team, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and achieving sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
- Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and team leadership abilities
- Capability to analyze and improve store performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or e-commerce management is an advantage
