Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at Arvind Fashions Limited, located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of the store while driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves coordinating visual merchandising, monitoring sales trends, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies to optimize performance and maintain a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent shopping experience
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage team interactions and customer engagement
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in retail management or a similar field is highly desirable
• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and visual merchandising will be an added advantage
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic retail environments with strong problem-solving abilities
