Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's visual and operational standards. Additionally, the role involves training and motivating team members to deliver exceptional operational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Proficiency in Store Management and team leadership
- Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is a plus
