Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Kochi. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations while driving customer satisfaction and ensuring sales targets are met. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing retail strategies to limit loss prevention, and maintaining a smooth store environment. Additionally, the Store Manager will organize training sessions and continuously improve the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Store Management and understanding of Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Effective Communication abilities to lead a team and manage client interactions
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to handle store operations
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in retail or electronics sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred
