Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the billing and cash counter, transactions and cash management.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory and stock rotation in coordination with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and food safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist customers with product information and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Track daily sales, prepare basic reports, and support store documentation activities.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, products are labeled correctly, and expiry checks are performed regularly.
  • Coordinate with vendors or delivery personnel for stock receipts and store replenishment.
  • Support promotional activities and ensure proper placement of marketing materials.
