Store is in Prabhadevi west, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Store Executive (Counter Sales). The Store Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, assist with product inquiries, and address customer needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include promoting sales, managing transactions efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the counter and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in Retail and Counter Sales, with an ability to handle POS systems
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Commerce and sales processes
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in retail management are a plus
