Store Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our manufacturing facility in Neemrana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material handling, inventory management, and ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of materials in the factory.

• Handle material inward and outward activities efficiently.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper storage and placement of materials in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and system-based).
• Issue materials to production teams as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Manage dispatch activities, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to avoid discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of materials within the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing/automation industry).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems / inventory software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of material handling and documentation processes.
• Ability to maintain records accurately and systematically.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Diploma/Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
