5 to 7 years Expertise in CommVault (Commserve & Media Agent & Tape library) installation, configuration, monitoring, log reading, and troubleshooting of backup jobs for workload such as Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL, VMware, HyperV, SAP, ERP, AS400, good hands-on working knowledge in Azure, AWS, VMware & HyperV along with NetApp handson expertise in ONTAP-based systems, Aggregates, Volumes, LUNs, Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault, NetApp System Manager, Active IQ

• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and service requests (volumes, LUNs, snapshots)
• Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and RCA; escalate to L3/OEM when required
• Work with server, virtualization, and backup teams; follow ITSM and change processes.
