Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set: Storage and Backup Admin (3PAR, Alletra, Unity, PowerStore, Data Protector, Commvault, Veeam)
- Administration of PowerStore and Unity Storage devices.
- Administration of HP 3PAR ,Alletra and MSA storage devices.
- Administration of Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
- Perform Zoning for brocade and Cisco switches
- Perform activities related to Install, Configure and Managing SAN devices and Fiber switches
- Manage storage Allocations, De-Allocations, Share creation, Zoning and Hardware replacement Activities
- Review System Performance and Efficiency.
- Monitoring of Storage and Backup devises.
- Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool, Incident ,Change and Problem Management Process
- Knowledge on Commvault, Veeam and Data Protector Architecture. Monitor the backups involving multiple backup tools Commvault/VEEAM/Data Protector.
- Strong Technical skills Commvault and Data Protector and able to drive the project tasks
- Hands on experience in upgrading the Commvault , Veeam and Data protector Versions.
- Strong knowledge on Storeonce and Tape libraries.
- Basic understanding of NAS storage.
- Basic understanding of Hyper-V, VMware.
