It resides on the ground floor of the Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Riverfront Srinagar, and serves a globally inspired menu with Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisine crafted using locally sourced ingredients. The Lounge is renowned for its signature dishes like Manchow soup and Butter Chicken, as well as its architectural elegance, featuring traditional Kashmiri accents and a striking red Chinar tree installation. With a warm ambiance, diverse seating options, and exceptional service, Noor Lounge creates memorable dining experiences for every occasion.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward at Noor Lounge, located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The Steward will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, and collaborating with other team members to suit guests specific needs. Duties also involve setting up tables, assisting with banquet services, and following all health and safety guidelines to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a welcoming and professional dining experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Service protocols to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
• Experience in Training and developing knowledge of service standards for continuous performance improvement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure dining environment.
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Prior experience in hospitality or fine dining is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
