Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to achieve sales targets in unsecured loans, personal loans, business loans, and more.
  2. Develop strategies for increasing revenue through effective distribution channel management.
  3. Build strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  1. 8–13 years of experience in the banking or finance industry, with expertise in unsecured loans, personal loans, gold loans, upselling, cross-selling, and business loans.
  2. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  3. Strong understanding of retail asset lending products like credit cards and home loans.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationship management.
