Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead product management efforts for legacy knowledge solutions, overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and vision to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Launch and scale successful products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Implement and promote agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to drive product development
- Leverage experience in IDP, RPA, and process automation to guide product strategy and execution
- Prioritize features and roadmap initiatives, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and business impact
- Drive data-driven decision-making to continuously improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
- Strong technical acumen with experience working with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with IDP, RPA, Process Automation
