Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Staff Nurse role based in Faridabad. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Additional responsibilities include documenting patient records accurately, educating patients and their families, and adhering to all medical and ethical guidelines to ensure safety and care excellence.
Qualifications
- A valid nursing degree (B.Sc. in Nursing or GNM) and licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and administering treatments and medications.
- Proficiency in patient monitoring, record-keeping, and documentation adhering to medical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards, handle medical equipment effectively, and follow infection control protocols.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Prior experience in a multispeciality hospital or acute care setting is an advantage.
