Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Adarsha College Of Nursing, located in Bengaluru. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient conditions, maintaining medical records, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The Staff Nurse will also participate in training and professional development activities as needed.
Qualifications
- RN certification and a degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Experience working in a healthcare team and coordinating with other medical professionals
- Commitment to patient safety and comfort
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
