Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and providing personal hygiene and comfort.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
Observe patients conditions, note any changes or concerns, and report them to senior staff.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Follow proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
