Develop an expert technical understanding of Cepheid's diagnostic products and serve as a holistic systems integration engineer capable of hands-on triaging across systems and subsystems.
Lead technical projects and tasks involving cross-functional teams, bridging Software, Firmware, Hardware, Consumables, Biochemistry, and Optics.
Perform hands-on laboratory testing in engineering, instrument, and biology labs.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and perform failure investigations to support design and development efforts.
Create and maintain system architecture documents, requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, and dFMEAs for integrated instrumentation systems.
Apply design of experiments (DoE) methodologies to evaluate system-level performance and interpret test results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Electrical, Customer Care, and Biochemistry.
