Staff Engineer, Systems Integration

Develop and execute system integration strategies for complex diagnostic instrumentation systems.

Lead technical projects and tasks involving cross-functional teams including Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Electrical, Customer Care, and Biochemistry.

Perform hands-on laboratory testing and failure investigations to support ongoing design and development efforts.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and areas for system improvement.

Create and maintain system architecture documents, requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, and dFMEAs for integrated instrumentation systems.

Bridge gaps across subsystems, ensuring holistic integration of optical, mechanical, thermal, and firmware/software components.
