Job Description
The Assistant Manager for SSH-Outsourcing in the Domestic Business sector is responsible for strategizing and implementing effective outsourcing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of technical processes and products, as well as proficiency in SAP and other IT applications relevant to outsourcing. The candidate will leverage market and competitive intelligence to drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Data analytics will be a key component in evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement. The role demands strong negotiation, influencing, and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. A global mindset and business acumen are essential to navigate the complexities of the outsourcing landscape. Principal Accountabilities
Strategize and implement digital marketing plans ensuring alignment with the latest trends in the digital worldbr Determine and manage orders from various departments ensuring timely placement according to schedulebr Calculate fabric consumption based on received orders to optimize resource utilizationbr Ensure material availability to meet production schedules and maintain seamless operationsbr Prepare cut plans to optimize fabric consumption and reduce wastebr Plan and coordinate the processing of fabric as per production requirements liaising with plant and vendor locationsbr Prepare detailed order sheets to facilitate accurate and efficient order processingbr Maintain reconciliation of fabric to ensure accurate inventory management and reportingbr Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
