Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for assigned categories
  • Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, ensuring cost, quality, and timelines are met
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
  • Drive on-time delivery performance (target: 98%)
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and consistency
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or escalations
  • Implement and track FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices, inventory controls, and stock optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and Logistics to streamline processes
  • Address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions are implemented by suppliers
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making

Additional Information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience in supplier management and procurement operations
  • Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Data Analytics is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
