Job Description:
This role is for a Senior Web Developer who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing ideas to life. We're looking for someone with strong front-end and back-end development skillssomeone who can turn creative concepts into seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative directors to build everything from interactive event platforms to immersive campaign microsites and cutting-edge digital engagement tools. If you love crafting smooth, user-focused experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible on the web.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mailers, responsive websites, event microsites, and web applications
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to bring visual ideas to life through efficient, scalable code
- Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, and databases to support dynamic content and functionality.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
- Manage project timelines, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely delivery of all web deliverables
- Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance user experience and interactivity.
- Support onsite and virtual event tech integrations when required.
Qualifications
- 58 years of front-end or full-stack development experience, preferably in a digital Event / advertising industry or a related field
- 3+ years of experience using CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, React.js or Next.js
- Proficiency in CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS frameworks.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
