Responsibilities
- Work primarily on database driven websites, as well as mobile interfaces and apps and other consumer facing websites, implement code, maintain tests and ensure high-quality and timely code development.
- Incorporate a strong portfolio of UI/UX best practices.
- Actively contribute to software development that creates a great user brand experience.
- Innovate by refining, evolving and creating new features to improve the usability and functionality of our front-end applications.
Qualifications/CoreSkills:
- 4-6 years of experience in an internet-focused software product or business.
- Understanding of complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
- Strong understanding of web standards and technologies (HTML/ HTML5, CSS3, ASP.net, MYSQL, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery).
- Hands-on experience with different JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Dojo, mootools, etc.)
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
