Sr. UI IT Recruiter

Role:

• Will work in EST Time Zone (Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)**
• Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
• Conduct Pre-screening test to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment included but not limited to sourcing, screening, negotiation, interview set-up and on-boarding.
• Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location.
• Maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
• Review and understand technical job requirement.
• Research on latest and upcoming technologies and terminologies.
• Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing.

Required Experience:

• Well versed with US TAX Terms (W2, C2C & 1099) & various time zones.
• Solid and Hands-on W2 recruitment
• Should have ability to work on IT skill set.
• Must have working experience on Boolean search and job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn etc)
• Also must have good sourcing knowledge on social networks.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience MS Office is required.
• working experience with IBM client would be highly preferred.
