The role involves managing and coordinating all audio-visual and content production for events and appearances of the Leadership Office. The incumbent will oversee videography, photography, editing, and post-production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. This includes resource planning, stakeholder coordination, content approval, archival management, and developing creative content ideas for upcoming initiatives.
Job Accountabilities
- Understand event and appearance briefs for optimal output
- Structure and direct resources on pre, event and post-event days
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a friction-free execution of said requirements and content approval process thereafter
- Oversee videography and photography-related requirements
- Oversee video production and imagery requirements including editing and colour correction all video and image outputs
- Understanding scale of event, output delivery timelines and logistical challenges before assigning resources for individual projects
- Archival of all content (Video and Imagery)
- Procurement of all necessary video production-related equipment with regular upgrades in equipment set
- Develop and pitch new content ideas for consideration
Experience and Qualification
- Necessary: A minimum of 8 years of prior professional experience in the video production field
- Reasonable technical knowledge around video production equipment and associated nuances
- A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Broadcasting, or a related field will be preferred
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Social media savvy. Knowledge of different platform nuances and key technological changes is essential
- Prior experience of producing high level video content output which has accrued mass consumption across TV and/or digital platforms
- Robust network of freelancers across the video production and photography field to accommodate any scale of output expectation
- Strategic thinker with meticulous operational skills
