  • Product/Brand Management and Development (Brand plans & launch)
  • Category understanding & Market Research for NPI (Non Rx category)
  • Influencer Marketing (OTC & Sports) Communication & customer conversion plans
  • Planning & executing ATL & BTL activities at brand/product level
  • Conceptualizing Marketing & Sales communications for brand awareness/
  • market development (Product booklets, brochures, danglers, teasers,banners, literatures leaflets, collateral content writing, dealer boards etc.)
  • Planning ATL/BTL Promotion Calendar and ensuring execution to its perfection
  • Competitors activities - monitoring, tracking & benchmarking
  • Regular field visits & meeting retailers & influencers to comprehend business requirement and understanding market dynamics
  • Brainstorming innovative and creative promotion strategies
  • Measuring and tracking performance for all brand initiatives
  • Training & development to Field force on Marketing Communications
  • Preparing business plan for every portfolio and ensuring profitability for each vertical
