Job Title: HR Recruiter – Real Estate
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across sales, site, CRM, and corporate roles within the real estate sector, ensuring timely closure of positions and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Understanding of real estate roles and hiring cycles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet tight hiring deadlines
- Proficiency in job portals and ATS tools
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Post-graduate in HR or related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate preferred)
