Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software or solutions that supports the Supply Chain organization as well as other Cross Functional strategic initiatives.
Participate fit-gap workshops with business providing effort estimates and solutions proposals.
Develop and maintain the code repositories for which you are responsible and respond rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues.
Embody and integrate software development best practices.
Collaborate extensively with your colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management.
Drive data enablement and building digital products/deliver solutions as per business prioritizations and in alignment with technology architects.
Contribute towards AI/ML initiatives including Gen AI, Journey towards cloud, data quality improvement, business process simplification and other strategic pillars.
Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and meet requirements as recommended in the architecture handbook.
Ensure designed solutions are aligned with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.
Status reporting to product owners and IT management.
Essential Requirements:
8+ years of data & analytics experience in a professional environment, building applications across platforms.
3+ years of experience in delivery management
3+ years of experience in customer facing IT roles
2+ years of experience in Machine Learning
2+ years of experience in SAP BW on HANA and/or S/4 HANA
2+ years of experience in cloud platforms
Strong data engineering fundamentals in data management, data analysis, back-end system design.
Strong hands-on exposure in Data & Analytics (including predictive and prescriptive analytics) solutions.
Skills:
Collecting and interpreting requirements as well as building supporting solutions to satisfy business requirements.
Excellent understanding of Supply Chain business process and KPIs. Grasp on topics such as inventory management, demand forecasting, real-time logistics management, end-to-end supply chain visibility, supply chain optimization, supply chain digital twin would be highly desirable.
Domain expertise in Pharma industry and/or Healthcare is a big plus.
Excellent communication, convincing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge in Machine Learning, GenAI, Data Lake, Data warehouse, Analytical and Visualization tools (preferably Power BI and Qlik Sense).
Hands-on experience in machine learning along with real-time analytics would be preferrable.
Familiar with Agile, Disciplined Agile as well as Waterfall delivery concepts.
Proficient in using: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, SAP Solution Manager.
Familiar with: ERWIN, Data modelling.
Hands-on experience in: AWS Services, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Angular, SAP Analytics (BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, S/4 HANA).
Strong hands-on exposure in Data and Analytics solutions is must.
Ability to learn new technologies and functional topics in a very short period.
