Sr Sitecore Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple development teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust Sitecore solutions.
• Design architecture and technical solutions that align with business goals and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore developments and provide informed recommendations.
• Hands-on experience in managing complex Marketing Architecture built with various platforms.
• Define the overall system architecture, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability among different components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices.
• Mentor team members on coding standards and architectural principles.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve roadblocks in collaboration with development teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sitecore Developer.
• Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore XP, Sitecore SXA, and Sitecore JSS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
