Sr ServiceNow Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr ServiceNow Developer to join as well reputed MNC company as a full time permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to enhance our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in development are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for front-end development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Glide API and database schema.
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
