Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for the Bangalore region in the elevator industry. The role involves managing key accounts, driving business growth, handling technical sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations for Bangalore market
  • Achieve annual sales targets (unit volume revenue)
  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities, especially in niche segments
  • Manage and grow key accounts (builders, developers, consultants, corporates)
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle tenders, proposals, and cost estimations
  • Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical specifications, project execution, and delivery timelines
  • Liaise with manufacturing / supply chain teams for order fulfillment and shipment schedules
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Elevator / Escalator / Building Solutions Sales
  • Strong understanding of Bangalore market and client network
  • Sound technical knowledge of elevator systems
  • Experience in tendering, estimation, and project sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
