Sales Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Manager based in Bangalore to expand our footprint in the South Indian market. You will be responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with major real estate developers, architects, Traders, construction firms, similar to our existing premium clients like Adani Realty and Sumadhura.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B accounts within the Bangalore real
estate and construction sectors.
Territory Optimization: Efficiently managing travel time across Bangalore to maximize the
number of face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between site engineers, architects,
and the manufacturing team to ensure customized specifications are met.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors and trends in the building materials industry to
position as the premier choice for luxury developments.
• Team Management: Onboarding, Training, Mapping territories, team management etc, For
New team Member to maximum our products reach in the Market in various channels to
Increase the sales.
• Time Management (Sales & Client Perspective)
Strategic Scheduling: Balancing cold calls and lead generation with the time-intensive nature
of visiting premium project sites like those for Adani or Sumadhura.
Punctuality & Reliability: Ensuring timely responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and
meeting strict construction project deadlines.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with a premium client
base, ensuring the company remains their preferred partner for decorative door solutions.
• Project Management: Coordinate with our Gujarat-based manufacturing facility to ensure
custom orders (Up to 2mm Laminate & 62mm thickness shutters) meet specific project
timelines and requirements.
• Technical Sales: Educate stakeholders on the technical advantages of our eco-friendly
tubular doors, specifically the benefits of the Sauerland Span Platte core and high-pressure
laminates.
Technical Consultation: Providing on-site guidance regarding the installation of 62mm thick
tubular doors and frames.
Site Readiness Assessment: Verifying that the site is ready for installation (e.g., floor levels,
wall finishing) to prevent damage to premium decorative products.
• Logistics & Material Unloading
Unloading Supervision: Coordinating the safe offloading of bulk shipments to prevent transit
or handling damage.
Inventory Tracking: Managing the delivery schedule from the Prantij plant to Bangalore sites,
ensuring the right door types reach the correct project blocks.
• Complaint & Resolution Management
On-Site Problem Solving: Addressing immediate concerns regarding finish, fitment, or
shipping damage directly at the site to maintain the Premium brand image.
Root Cause Analysis: Reporting recurring site issues back to the Gujarat plant to improve the
manufacturing or packaging process.
Service Recovery: Managing the replacement or repair process for defective units with
urgency to avoid delaying the client's project completion
• Payment & Financial Management:
Collection Adaptivity: Proactively managing payment milestones (Advance, Pro-forma, and
Final) to ensure healthy cash flow.
Reconciliation: Handling payment discrepancies and coordinating with the finance team to
ensure accounts are cleared before final material dispatch.
Credit Negotiation: Assessing the creditworthiness of developers and negotiating terms that
protect the company's interests while remaining competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials,
timber, or interior architectural products.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bangalore real estate market and a network of
local developers and architects.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain manufacturing specifications, including
CNC machinery capabilities, eco-friendly material benefits, Sustainability Products Use in
projects etc.
• Education:
✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✓ OR Deep Knowledge of Industry with good communication skills
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to interface with top-tier
management and site engineers. In Local, Hindi, English etc
