Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in EdTech, BFSI, Banking Sales, Stock Market, or Equity advisory sales. The candidate should have excellent communication, client acquisition, and revenue generation skills, along with the ability to manage high-value clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Explain financial/educational products and services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and closures effectively.
  • Handle client queries and provide post-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in tele-sales, direct sales, or consultative sales
  • Client relationship management
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Good understanding of BFSI/Stock Market/Equity or EdTech products
  • CRM handling knowledge preferred

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience in EdTech / BFSI / Banking / Equity / Stock Market industry preferred
  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive structures

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
  • Attractive incentives based on performance

  • Strong closing skills and customer handling experience
  • Experience in high-ticket sales will be an advantage
