We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers
- Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results
- Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
- Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team
- Presales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM on timely manner
- Sales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation
- Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal's teams, Timely recovery of payment
Skill Sets/Experience We Require
- 3-5 years proven work experience in Product Sales
- Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge to position company and product solution to prospects
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Mustering internal and external support needed for affecting a sale
- Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
- Target oriented alignment of activities
- Networking with sales ecosystem
- Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
- Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline) (preferred Mechanical)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
