Job Description: Senior Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Sourcing & Screening

  • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Recruitment Metrics & Compliance

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
