Sr Recruiter
Notified is seeking a strong Sr Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates in alignment with departmental goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, advise on best practices, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. Key duties include screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, extending offers and creating offer letters.
Essential Duties
Recruitment & Hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruitment to meet divisional hiring goals while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess needs, advise on best practices, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; recommend top applicants for next round interviews.
- Use creative sourcing techniques and social media to build talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with external search firms to expand candidate pipelines.
- Create offer letters and extend offers to new hires.
Process Management & Documentation
- Ensure quality applicant flow and maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Identify and report hiring challenges; recommend process improvements.
- Attend career fairs and represent the company to attract talent.
Project & Team Support
- Assist with departmental projects, including documentation, reporting, and status updates.
- Maintain organized project files and communicate progress to project leads.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
- Minimum Four years recruiting experience required preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- 2 Years of technical recruitment experience
- Full cycle recruitment experience
- Expertise in sourcing and social media including Linkedin and other social media platforms.
- Experience with offer negotiations and extending offer letters.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
