Requirements

Good presentation, communication &interpersonal skills.
3 to 4 years of Recruitment experience.
Contract / Contract to Hire staffing experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
Experience with service-based clients/Big 4companies, especially in the Information Technology domain.
Preferred experience with Oracle / SAP / Cloudtechnologies-related requirements.
Candidate should be ready to work from Noida/Bangalore office all 5 days.
Highly energetic and motivated individual.
