Job Responsibilities -
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Technical understanding: Apply a strong understanding of technical roles, keywords, and the IT landscape to accurately match candidates to job requirements.
- Candidate sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT/Tech recruitment, including direct interaction with clients and hiring managers.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
- Technical Skills: Solid command of Excel with strong data management capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
