We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and will be responsible for attracting top talent to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the company culture.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate progress.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
