This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Real Estate Salesperson role located in Gandhinagar. The Sr. Real Estate Salesperson will oversee property salability, design and execute strategies to attract potential clients, conduct property showings, and manage negotiations for successful deal closures. Responsibilities also include maintaining positive client relationships, staying up-to-date on real estate market trends, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The individual will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Holding a valid Real Estate License with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property industries
• Proven Sales experience and negotiation skills
• Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in market analysis
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
