Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Gandhinagar. The Caller will engage with clients and potential customers, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide product and service information. This role requires maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, addressing their needs efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Caller will also be expected to support the sales team by generating leads and following up on prospects.
