Perform and lead testing activities for software projects based in India.
Validate user stories, use cases, and requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Execute testing at all levels (System, Integration, Regression).
Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA Engineers.
