Sr Product Manager-3rd Party Solutions

As a Sr. Product Manager - 3rd Party Solutions, you contribute to improving people's health and well‑being through meaningful innovation. In this role, you support the Image Guided Therapy Systems business by developing and managing integrated third‑party hardware, software, and AI solutions. You work closely with customers, partners, markets, and internal teams to continuously improve our offerings.

Your Role:

  • Lead the development, onboarding, and business performance of third‑party propositions integrated with Image Guided Therapy Systems.
  • Coordinate the business unit's third‑party market requests to ensure timely release and delivery of partner solutions.
  • Manage selected strategic third‑party partnerships, ensuring lifecycle management and roadmap alignment with IGT.
  • Streamline go‑to‑market processes for third‑party solutions in collaboration with Regulatory, Supplier Quality, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Drive the IGT strategy for building a third‑party software ecosystem by onboarding and managing key software partners.
  • Own execution and reporting of business performance for key areas of the third‑party portfolio (e.g., order intake, margin).
  • Optimize pricing and portfolio management for designated third‑party offerings.
  • Support creation of integrated propositions based on market and customer insights, including value proposition, claims, pricing strategy, and target segment definition.

You are fit if:

  • A master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • At least 6 years of product management experience in an international high‑tech environment, ideally with exposure to external partners and third‑party suppliers.
  • Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to synthesize customer and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across sales and marketing teams.
  • An entrepreneurial, structured, and customer‑driven mindset with a strong affinity for healthcare.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This role is an office-based role.
