6 to 9 years working as a business analyst in the financial industry; Experience in Wealth Management necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business teams, developers, and testers to translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders and the development team.
Create and maintain Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps to effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Liasson between business and technology teams to drive the right outcomes for the product
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
Conduct in-sprint testing, user acceptance testing to validate that the developed solution meets the defined requirements and user needs.
