You'll Make a Difference By
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes with a solid understanding of ICFR requirements.
- Ensure all processing activities are performed consistently and in compliance with documented procedures and policies.
- Meet agreed service levels and performance metrics, particularly those related to audits.
- Demonstrate a strong service delivery mindset with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Develop deep professional expertise in end‑to‑end business processes and understand interdependencies across functions.
- Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages efficient, timely, and high‑quality delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback into operations on trends and areas of concern identified through audit findings.
- Partner with the Team Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes.
- Domain expert for Finance and Accounting processes with strong understanding of ICFR requirements and control objectives.
- Perform ICFR control assessments, including evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness in line with defined control requirements.
- Support the end‑to‑end assessment lifecycle, including:
- Assessment preparation
- Assessment execution
- Documentation and reporting of assessment results
- Execute control testing within the defined audit and assessment cycle, and communicate control effectiveness results to operational stakeholders.
- Record, review, and maintain control assessment results in relevant tools and trackers.
Your Success Is Grounded In
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes, preferably using ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
