Senior Electrical Engineer

• Design power and control circuits for VFD-based systems and industrial automation products

• Analyze customer and product requirements to develop ETO and NPI solutions

• Improve designs for cost optimization, performance, and reliability using standard and custom components

• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering drawings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing, QA, and suppliers

• Develop and execute test plans for prototype validation and product qualification

• Ensure compliance with electrical standards such as UL, IEC, CE, and EMC requirements

• Support manufacturing, quality assurance, and field service teams for issue resolution

• Manage product lifecycle maintenance and continuous engineering improvements

• Participate in prototype development, testing, and product validation activities

• Work on design documentation and configuration management using engineering tools

• Support ETO project proposals including scope, cost, and schedule estimation
